For Califa members who subscribe to RECORDED BOOKS (RB) eAudiobooks, you will be interested in the enhanced services being offered by OCLC’s NetLibrary:
1: The NetLibrary (NL) software now offers one-click download feature to your computer and your portable music device, including ipods. This means that you no longer have to download to the computer, then transfer to your device - you can now download and transfer in one convenient click.
2: Ipod-compatible titles are now being added to the NetLibrary RB collections.
Public Libraries now have access to several enhanced Recorded Books Subscription Collections, all of which are accessible to unlimited simultaneous users and available at a 30% discount:
Adult Collection: 1,700 titles; 750 of these titles will are DRM-free and ipod-compatible. At least 15 titles will be added monthly at no additional charge.
Children and Young Adult: 500 titles to start; 75 titles of which are DRM-free/ipod compatible. At least 5 titles will be added monthly at no additional charge.
Audiolibros: Spanish DRM-free: 125 DRM-free titles, all are ipod-compatible
Any library or group of libraries that subscribe to one or more of these core collections, can also enhance their collections with two additional plans:
Pick & Choose Purchase Plan (PP): individually select from among 700 titles from various publishers. All are one-book, one-user copies. At least 100 titles are ipod-compatible.
Note: Individual Califa members get a 20% discount on all Purchase Plan and COP titles.
For libraries that do not currently subscribe to any of these collection or plans, you may consider developing a separate collection of Pimsleur language eAudiobooks available on a three-year subscription basis and at a 50% discount:

179 titles (i.e., courses) covering 39 different foreign languages at the beginner and intermediate levels and 18 ESL/EFL languages on a one-book-one-user basis
